About Christianne

I believe families work best when they are supported as a whole — not pulled in different directions, working separately, or carrying things alone.  Over time, I saw too many families becoming more disconnected, stressed, and fearful, often despite everyone doing their best. Support was frequently fragmented, focusing on individuals in isolation rather than recognising that every family is different and every relationship is interconnected.

I wanted to offer something different.

I wanted to create a space where each family’s unique needs could be understood, where support could be shaped around who they are — not who they’re expected to be — and where change could happen collectively, not in silos.

Alongside my professional training, I also recognised how important my own role at home was in the changes I wanted to experience. When I found the tools and techniques that helped me respond differently, the impact wasn’t limited to me — it created a ripple effect throughout my family.
That experience sits at the heart of my work.

Today, I support parents, individuals, and families through compassionate, trauma informed coaching that focuses on understanding reactions, lifting shame, and creating calmer, more connected relationships — one supported step at a time.

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and non judgemental. I don’t believe in quick fixes or blame. I believe in curiosity, compassion, and practical tools that meet people where they are and help real change feel possible.

Coaching with Christianne - About Me

Training & Professional Approach

Training & Professional Approach

My work is grounded in both professional training and a deeply relational, trauma informed approach. I am mindful that working with families and individuals requires care, safety, and an understanding of how the nervous system shapes behaviour and connection.

I am trained and certified in:

Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching
Narcissistic abuse specialist
Hypnotherapy
Brainspotting – Level 2

These approaches allow me to support change that is gentle, regulated, and led by the individual or family — always working at a pace that feels safe and respectful.

I continue to develop my practice through ongoing learning, reflection, and supervision, ensuring the support I offer remains ethical, compassionate, and responsive to each family’s unique needs.
