Support for parents who are struggling
to cope with family life
Helping parents create connected and contented families
Hi, I’m Christianne, and I provide support for parents who feel overwhelmed or who are struggling to cope with family life. Whether you’re preparing for parenthood, adjusting to new family dynamics, or facing emotional hurdles, learn valuable tools so you and your family can thrive.
Parenting comes with challenges, but you don’t have to navigate these alone. I can help you build confidence and stronger family connections. Whether you’re a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), navigating divorce, or simply seeking a deeper connection with your child, I can help.
Through somatic trauma coaching, we will gently explore any missing connections, so we can rebuild and create positive new ones. When we work together, you will always feel emotionally supported in a safe space without any judgement, guilt or shame.
I specialise in supporting those with divorced parents (adverse childhood experiences) and narcissistic relationships. I also provide support for turbulent mother-daughter relationships, as well as the complexities of blended families.
Traumatic events can have a profound impact on your life, relationships, mental and physical health. They can shatter your self-worth, so you don’t feel worthy of love, safe in your own body, or connected to others. I can help you understand and heal this overwhelm, focusing on compassion and post-traumatic growth.
Are you a Highly Sensitive Person?
If you are a highly sensitive person (HSP), then the way you perceive stimulus in your environment will be heightened, which includes trauma. Sometimes it’s difficult to know whether we have been shaped by our experiences or whether we were highly sensitive beforehand. The key is to understand how you or your child are processing traumatic events.
Trauma Informed Coach
As a Trauma Informed Coach, I use a variety of techniques to guide my clients as they identify their self-worthiness wound. My accreditations include hypnotherapy, brainspotting, and I am also a narcissistic abuse specialist. I work on a 121 coaching basis, and I deliver workshops to charities, businesses, and public services.
“I would like to thank Christianne, this is the first Trauma Informed training I have attended. I would highly recommend Christianne and the course to others, to understand the impact of trauma from childhood to adulthood and how this is relevant to everyone, for themselves and/or others in their personal, social and professional lives.”
“I loved the Internal family systems process with Chrissy. The part that was most outstanding to me was how much I really knew about myself, my behaviours and feelings when asked the right questions in the right way. Chrissy has a way of probing in a gentle and encouraging way that makes you really think without feeling pressured. The process, and her guidance, then helps you link all the seemingly scattered thoughts into a logical flow that both explains and helps you understand the patterns. It really is the proverbial lightbulb moment when it all comes together. I felt a sense of peace at the end, understanding my behaviour was not me being a bad person and also more positive and hopeful that I can dispell some of the stories I tell myself and have ways to stop the behaviours I don’t like, or at least slow them down. I feel more compassionate towards myself, more inquisitive towards behaviour in general – and above all so grateful for Chrissy!”
“I went to see Chrissy after meeting her at an event where she was discussing people’s experience of narcissistic mothers and how she can help women affected. This is a huge issue in my own life, I have had much counselling and help in the past and was in a relatively good place, although I was having some horrible physical symptoms for many years. I was interested to see if she could help release any of the trauma and help me move further forwards.
During the sessions Chrissy took me to a place where I was touching the trauma but not going right into it as I had done with my counsellors. She then got me to notice where I was feeling this in my body and also noticing my eye movements. She got me to acknowledge the trauma that my body was feeling, this was something I hadn’t done before. It was clearly very powerful – I did feel a lot better and no longer feel sad about the things that have happened. Most importantly the horrible physical symptoms that I have experienced for several years suddenly stopped. Whilst I cannot say 100% that it was down to this I am 99.999% sure of it myself.
I will be ever grateful to Chrissy for her help and support and recommend her to anyone who needs support in this area.“
