About Coaching with Christianne
Helping parents build stronger, lasting family bonds
Hi, I’m Christianne Harrison, a Parenting Coach who’s passionate about creating emotionally secure and connected families. As a trauma-informed coach, I understand how past experiences can shape the way that we parent our children. Whether you’re a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), a child of divorce, or someone navigating family transitions, my approach is always gentle, supportive and highly tailored.
Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to balance your own emotions and past experiences with the needs of your child. I’m here to help you feel more confident and calmer in your parenting choices. With my support, you can build stronger relationships with your children through connection and understanding. I will also help you navigate parenting challenges as an HSP or in the aftermath of family changes.
My Story – Christianne Harrison, Parenting Coach
I’ve always had an overwhelming desire to help others. I’d often sabotage my own plans and prioritise other people’s needs over my own (and my family’s) to satisfy that feeling of being good enough; being loveable. I thought that was the right thing to do.
Until it wasn’t… and I was feeling so incredibly overwhelmed with my life, my decisions and my weight. Thankfully I was introduced to Stefan Taylor and his 60day2success programme and I was able to feel good about myself for the first time in a very long time. I lost weight, I learnt about self-care, about nutrition and how I was important too. Yet I still felt there was something I still needed to fix…
Fast forward to March 2020, I was in a good place (or so I thought) and during the mayhem of continuing to run my language classes via zoom, whilst attempting to home school and support my family, I realised I needed an additional income stream. I decided that now was the time to pursue my dream of becoming a life coach.
I wasn’t sure which type of coach, so I joined the Flow programme with Nicola Huelin and with the support of the caring and compassionate people in that group I found my Flow, my paramount purpose and passion. At this time I also read a book called The Body Keeps The Score, by Bessel Van Der Kolk, which changed my perspective on my struggles. I learned that it’s not all in my mind, it’s not just about thoughts – it’s about feelings. And there were a lot of feelings stored in my body!
This led me to read more about Trauma and I found Caroline Strawson and her Narcissistic Trauma Informed Coaching – after one Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session with Caroline I became so enlightened about her Narcissistic abuse experience and the resultant Trauma, I felt like I was hearing about myself. I felt validated, I felt heard and I felt believed.
The years of struggling with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, people pleasing, emotional eating, procrastination, self-sabotage, over-achieving, imposter syndrome…..finally, I had found a logical explanation and I could begin my own healing and become a coach.
Becoming a Certified Narcissistic Trauma Informed Coach has enabled me to change my own life and has brought me safety and connection with myself and my family. I can’t wait to help you get started on your journey to feeling a secure sense of self-worth.
I now regularly practise self-care, prioritise my own needs, take care and support my family from a stronger sense of self. I have also learned to relax. Everything I have learned is a skill that I didn’t know I needed. And now that I know, I want to help as many people as I can develop the new skills they need.

That’s my story so far, and I’m looking forward to the next part of my journey. Everyone’s journey will be different. Everyone will come with a different story, different experiences and challenges. I am able to help you understand your story, heal and create your next chapter.
I can support you on your healing journey by offering the following:
